New Frontiers

Hello World!

Can you believe we are already a week into 2016? “Happy New Year” is becoming so yesterday; we’d be getting ready for Christmas before you know it.

So I finally finished setting my goals for 2016; which I usually avoid like a plague, since it meant thinking about the previous year’s unmet goals and challenging myself to do better. Fortunately, I found this really great worksheet that helped me to organize my goals and figure out actions needed to achieve them.

One area in this worksheet that I found particularly interesting was the “New Frontier Goals” – you know, those things you have always wanted to do but never got around to doing? Yea, those ones that you need not think long and hard about, it’s always on your mind, but you manage to push it all the way to the back because “life” got in the way.

So this year, I will be embarking on two new frontiers: Salsa Dancing (Arriba, Arriba) and Euro Trip (eeek). Thankfully I have a friend that is really interested in helping me with the first; for the second, I may not have a friend to take the trip with, but I am really excited about venturing out for some days…it’d be fun….I think 🙂 In the meantime, I would love to hear about your “new frontiers”: leave a comment below, tag, share, like, do something…please 😃

Unapologetically Different while venturing Out,

Tols 😘

PS: Enjoy the rest of my “Venturing Out” look below. The look consists of a Vintage Suede Peplum Blazer (thrift store) and 2.5 yards of hemmed Silk Brocade wrapped into a skirt.

  1. Awww you look so lovely.

My new frontier goal, is to learn how to swim. I just hope I won’t be saying this, next year again. *sighs* Game face on. I can do it, this year💪🏼
